Marine Mkhitaryan is a director, and a Co- Founder of Novakastro Partners Ltd. Marine is a highly accomplished Accountant and Managing Director with over 15 years of experience in the industry and has a proven track record in Operational Management and Accounting. Throughout her career, she has played a pivotal role in achievements such as implementing financial systems, improving reporting processes, ensuring financial health and stability of the organization.
Mykyta Kuzmenko

Mykyta Kuzmenko is a director, and a Co-Founder of Novakastro Partners Ltd. Mykyta is an accomplished lawyer that brings extensive experience across the financial and investment sectors, especially in the Alternative Investment Fund industry. His experience comes from his involvement in project development companies and portfolio managing in Europe and Ukraine.
Mikaella Andronicou
AML & Compliance Officer

Mikaella joined Novakastro Partners Ltd in 2024 and is heading the Compliance Department as Compliance Officer. With her diverse experience and knowledge in corporate governance, AML Law and relevant Regulatory Reporting requirements for Novakastro Partners Ltd, she is responsible for ensuring the effective operation of the Compliance Department, in line with the Cyprus AML/CFT Law and the applicable EU AML.
She also holds the certification by The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) of Anti-Money Laundering.

Dr. Marios Charalambides has joined Novakastro Partners Ltd upon its incorporation as a Director. Dr. Marios has very strong knowledge of AML rules and regulations as well as compliance procedures. Marios had spend more than a decade with a major local credit institution as a Senior Officer in the Business Banking Division.
